Nagdesisyon ang ABS-CBN na pa samantalang itigil ang pagtanggap studio audience sa mga shows nito epektibo ngayong araw, March 2020.
Ang hakbang ay ipinatupad kasunod ng deklarasyon ng gobyerno ng state of public health emergency.
Kabilang sa mga apektadong programa ay ang “It’s Showtime,” “ASAP Natin ‘To,” “Magandang Buhay,” “Banana Sundae,” at “I Can See Your Voice.”
“The safety and well-being of our studio audience, artists, crew, and production teams are of utmost importance to us and we are taking this option for their protection. We feel that it is our shared responsibility to help in preventing the spread of the COVID-19,” nakasaad sa inilabas na statement ng pamunuan ng ABS-CBN.
“Thank you Kapamilya for the support, understanding, and patronage of our shows,”ayon pa sa pahayag.
