Sa kabila ng paggigiit ng Department of Health (DOH) na wala pa sa Pilipinas ang bagong COVID-19 strain, iba naman ang sinasabi ng dating TV host Kiko Rustia.

Isa sa kanyang kaibigan ang nasa ICU dahil dito ngunit hindi binahagi ang detalye.
“I wont go into specifics, as to protect my friend’s privacy, but just got word he is confined in the ICU with the new strain of Covid. Initial update pa lang samin to sa groups namin. “Sharing this for awareness and to tell you all to take extra precautions.”
Ayon sa US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), ang bagong strain ay mas nakakahawa kaysa naunang corona virus.
