Inanunsiyo ni actor John Arcilla ang pagkamatay ng kanyang ama na si Dominador Alemania Arcilla.
Ayon sa aktor, walang kinalaman sa coronavirus ang pagpanaw nito.
Gayumpaman, hindi niya makikita ang kanyang ama sa huling pagkakataon sa Baler, Aurora dahil sa enhanced community quarantine.
“I do not feel good announcing the passing of someone very dear to me. But the feeling of not seeing even his body for the last time while we’re just here 5 hours away from him, isn’t easy to handle.”
Dagdag pa nito, hindi maalayan ng misa o burol ang kanyang ama dahil sa sitwasyon, at naisipan nilang i-cremate ang kanyang katawan nito ngunit walang crematorium sa Baler.
Halos lahat ng pamilya ni Arcilla ay nakatira sa Metro Manila.
“I do not blame anyone for the situation. My sense of judgement and reasons fully understood the consequences. I just need to express something that it is too much to bear. Please pray for our family most specially for my beloved father Dominador Alemania Arcilla.”
